Gabe is one of the best massage therapists I have ever worked with. She is highly skilled, and brings her full self to her work. Her presence is so nurturing and attuned. She is simply exceptional in her ability to attend to the whole person and brings a wealth of knowing to her clients. As a somatic trauma specialist, I will be sending my clients in need of bodywork to her, as she has the capacity to provide trauma-informed bodywork in addition to her strong knowledge of healing in the body.

Having known Gabe as a fellow bodyworker, coworker, and my personal therapist for a year she has earned my respect, and more importantly my trust and I trust next to no one so that's saying a lot. To say she is a skilled therapist is an understatement. She is medicinal in her approach of listening and executing what the body not only needs but what it will receive. After over 20 years of receiving massage all over the nation and 13 years in practice myself, I can say that no one I've received from works like her. Her work is completely unique and you will not find a better therapist in Durango. Besides her talent as a healer, she reminds me of the medicine of the mountains in NC and she is a rare real one to treasure. I hold our working and personal relationship close to my heart.

Gabe is a phenomenal and experienced massage therapist! I regularly see Gabe for soft tissue support for my scoliosis and lumbar arthritis. She is incredibly gifted with a deep understanding of body anatomy and mechanics. Every massage is different and intuitively tailored to what is happening that day with my body. Her work utilizes a variety of modalities and is guided by the person on her table ; no cookie cutter massage oil application here ! I always leave feeling better than when I arrive. As a body worker, Gabe creates a safe space to support her clients through clear communication guided by her trauma informed care training.
